10 Things I’m Doing to Recover From My 2nd C-Section

Reed Dunn Episode 101

Want to feel like yourself again post c-section? Then this episode is for you! I'm sharing the 10 things that have been a game changer in getting back to feeling like myself, following my second c-section. I went into this recovery with the aim of doing some things differently than last time, specifically with my exercise and nutrition. I wanted to take better care of my pelvic floor from the start and I also wanted to avoid a 10 lb weight gain (hello voracious breastfeeding hunger) that I experienced postpartum, after the birth of my first child.

As a certified pre and postnatal trainer and nutrition coach, I pray that this episode brings you helpful tips and encouragement. Remember to both rest in the Lord and the gift of your sweet babe in this season, while taking the action steps you are called to for good stewardship of your body.
