Each week you are going to prepare the following:
2+ proteins
2+ veggies
2+ complex carbohydrates
optional: 2+ healthy fat sources
really optional: 2+ snack options
(these items can be purchased pre-made at the grocery store if desired)
Then you are going to mix and match the foods you've prepared to create complete meals by leveraging condiments, sauces, and spices that bring your food to life. With inspiration from your favorite restaurants, cuisines around the world, and family favorites, you'll create a variety of meals that both nourish and satisfy!
In this episode, I even offer some biblical encouragement, so that you can actively bring God into your kitchen for your next meal prep! Because He wants to be in the little things... even your meal prep routine.
