I officially entered a new decade this past week, so I'm reflecting with some advice for my 20-year-old self! I dive into 20 specific pieces of advice, in the categories of faith, family/friends, fitness, and food. My 20-year-old self would be shocked at what my life looks like today, and that is all testament to the saving grace of Jesus Christ!
