I Changed My Mind: Secular Workout Music
One of the most popular times to pop in some headphones and jam out to music is while working out, but what's coming out of those headphones, and how is it affecting your heart? In this episode, I discuss how the Lord has changed my mind on secular workout music and encouraged me to fill my heart (and ears) with uplifting music focused on Him, rather than profane music focused on the things of this world. Gone are the days of me deadlifting to heavy rap music with lyrics about promiscuity and anger. Beyond sharing my own story in this episode, I share 3 steps to seek God's direction in your own workout playlists and offer some encouragement for how fun this journey toward more God-centered playlists can be!
